A beautiful day - Day 40

Today we had SUNSHINE!!! It was another sleep in day for us. We didn't lounge around too long today, because we were headed down to visit Josh's mom. She is moving to Alabama this coming week, so we wanted to go do and visit staying #physicallydistanced.

We hopped in the big van to take it down to Josh's mom's house. We use our big van to pull the Airstream and it hasn't moved in several weeks, so we decided it needed driven today. The van needed jumped because the battery had died, so the kids got a lesson on jump starting.

We had a great visit with Grandma Judy and Grandpa Mike. The kids brought their guinea pigs to show Grandma. They also brought baseball gear to play in the field. It was nice that they could play outside while we visited. It was sad to say goodbye (or rather see. you later) without giving hugs, but we are excited for Grandma Judy and Grandpa Mike.

We stopped by my parent's house as well. The kids love playing with all the outdoor toys. Josh and Brayden even did some work on the motorcycle. They have an old motorcycle in our garage that they are restoring and they have Josh's old motorcycle at my parents. They are using parts to rebuild one, I believe.

Dinner was leftovers once we got home. Then everyone just relaxed. They had lots of fresh air today, so I think everyone will sleep well. Our plan tomorrow is to go back to my parents and spend the day outside, if the weather is nice. Tomorrow is my Mom's birthday, so we are hoping to go down and help celebrate. I am so thankful we have been able to go see my parents and visit by staying outside. On to another week....
