One of my favorite dinner ideas and a little exploration

For dinner, I made stuffed sweet potatoes with chipotle black bean corn salad. They are one of my favorites.

I am also including the first recipe we used for our sourdough pretzels. They were yummy. I am hoping to find a recipe that is a little more fluffy, but they were definitely yummy. I can't wait to try sourdough bread.
