First of all, I want to tell you how much I enjoyed watching the CBS special - AMC presents: Our Country last night. I haven't smiled and sang so much in a long time. Josh and I had a ball watching it for 2 hours. I loved how candid the performers were and it was so nice to see them coming together through technology. Then after that we watched Trisha and Garth Live. It was quite the sing-a-long in our living room. Music definitely helps.

Today was our first "official" day of remote learning. Even with being seasoned homeschoolers there were some growing pains. We don't usually have all 6 of us home, and we also don't usually have all of us needing computers at the same time. Ella and Emerson don't use technology all the time, but they do have some things that they complete using technology as well.

My day started off as usual. I taught at 6am online with my kiddos in China. All the students I teach regularly are still completing school at home as well. The kids have lots of advice for us in regards to the "virus." They are super sweet and want to make sure my family and I are safe.

Ella and Emerson spent their second night in the tent. After I finished teaching, we snuggled back under my covers to get warm for a bit before getting up to start our day. Micah hopped right on the computer and started completing his online work for all of his classes. I am sure we will all become more efficient as the days go on. Brayden is doing a combination of school work and AP review.

I drug my butt to the basement to try out Morning Meltdown 100. It was not my favorite, but I am going to try workout 2 before I abandon it. I really miss Yoga at Twist Yoga Studio. I miss the yoga workout, the actual studio, the people, and the ambiance. I am trying to find my groove at home as well. Josh is still working each day in the Airstream.

After my workout, I had two zoom meetings with my work. It was nice to see my student teachers and catch up. We now have a plan for our student teachers that were suppose to be in the field finishing their senior year. They are all taking it in stride and I am so proud of them.

Our day was pretty uneventful, but that isn't all bad. In fact, I didn't even take a single picture. Tomorrow is a new day, and we are all relaxing for the evening before heading to bed. Until tomorrow.....
